Stress Awareness Month is an annual event established in 1992, observed every April. The event is dedicated to increasing public awareness about the causes and cures of stress. The Stress Management Society has been at the forefront of this initiative for over twenty years.

Pride Month is an annual celebration held every June to honor the LGBTQ+ community and commemorate the 1969 Stonewall Uprising, a pivotal event in the pursuit for LGBTQ+ rights. It is a time to reflect upon the contributions, history, and ongoing struggles of LGBTQ+ individuals. Pride Month includes parades, educational events, and advocacy efforts aimed at promoting equality, acceptance, and visibility for all sexual orientations and gender identities.
Over two days, some of the best pilots and flying display teams in the world use the natural amphitheatre of Swansea Bay to inspire and entertain the crowds. Swansea's promenade is transformed with ground displays, delicious food and drink, VR experiences, musicians playing live music, demonstrations, family activities, rides, themed entertainers and more. The event is free and open on both days from 10am to 6pm.
