What is ALN?
ALN stands for Additional Learning Needs. This term is used to describe people who require additional support to overcome barriers to learning. ALN encompasses a wide range of learning challenges, difficulties and disabilities, as well as people who may face social, emotional, or behavioural challenges that impact their ability to fully engage with and benefit from education.
